How do you keep the forum fast without a JS framework?
Coming from a React background, I'm surprised how snappy this feels. What's the trick — is it just server-rendered pages plus a bit of vanilla JS for the interactive bits?

Proposal: reactions beyond up and down votes
Up/down works for answers, but a lot of posts aren't questions. Would a small set of reactions (like, insightful, thanks) add signal without turning this into a like-farm? Curious how people feel about the tradeoff.
